How you sign in decides how recovery works
A native account keeps recovery between you and Rainbet. Anything routed through another provider adds a second party to every reset.

When Rainbet asks for KYC
This is the clearest difference between Rainbet and the other two platforms.
Crypto and gift-card play needs no KYC, while Interac (fiat) transactions require KYC level 2 plus email verification. Rainbet can still request documents if activity is flagged.
“Cryptocurrency Transactions: Do not require any KYC verification to play or withdraw. Interac Transactions: Require KYC Level 2 and email verification. Gift Card Transactions: Do not require any KYC verification.”
No KYC on a payment method is not the same as no rules: Rainbet's AML policy still allows checks where activity is flagged, and the one-account and location rules apply regardless.
One account per person
One account per person. Duplicates found through relatives, associates or third parties acting on your behalf are closed immediately.
“You are only allowed to register one account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us. (5.4)”
Recovery and closure
If access is compromised
If your password or email is compromised you must notify Rainbet immediately, and Rainbet may require extra documentation to verify your identity before restoring access.
Closure and self-exclusion
Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooldown and is irreversible. Permanent closure is only completed by support after the 90-day exclusion period.
