Roobet Accounts: Complete Account Guide
Short answer
A Roobet account is one per person, tied to your own identity, and only available outside Roobet's restricted regions. Verification is tiered, 2FA is required before you can use chat, and both recovery and closure run through the registered email and support.
- One account per person, active or previously banned
- Level 2 verification needs passport, licence or government ID
- A published restricted-region list blocks registration outright
- Self-exclusion starts with a mandatory 24-hour cooldown

Where Roobet works — and where it does not
This is the first thing to check, because it decides everything after it.
Roobet publishes a restricted-region list that includes the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the Netherlands among others. Residents there cannot register.
“Residents of the following jurisdictions and territories may not access the Website or register an Account on it: Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Saba, Saint Maarten, Saint Martin, South Sudan, Statia, Syria, United States, United Kingdoms, Yemen and Zimbabwe.”
The list changes, so treat the official page as the current version. We do not cover ways around geographic restrictions — an account flagged for a restricted region typically fails at withdrawal, which is the worst possible moment to find out.
Verification, level by level
Roobet asks for more as your activity grows.
Roobet runs tiered verification. Level 2 requires a passport, driving licence or government ID belonging to the account holder.
“The accepted documents for level 2 verification are a passport, a driving license, or a government-issued identification document.”
One account per person
Roobet is explicit about this, including previously banned accounts.
You warrant you have no other Roobet account, active or banned, and linked accounts must be reported. Using another identity at registration is a terms breach.
“You warrant to not have an existing Account on the Website, neither active nor banned. (4.11)”
Securing a Roobet login
Two-factor authentication is not optional if you want to use chat — enable it on day one.
Authenticator app
Authy or Google Authenticator, set up from account settings.
Backup codes
Store them offline. Losing them means a support ticket.
Email hygiene
The inbox is the reset channel — give it its own strong password.

Roobet account rules
- Account transfer
- Roobet's terms prohibit transferring accounts between players outright — clause 4.17 covers borrowing, selling, transferring and acquiring.
- Selling an account
- Selling an account to another player is named explicitly in clause 4.17.
- Buying someone's account
- Acquiring an account from another player is prohibited by the same clause, so the buyer is in breach from the first login.
- Multiple accounts
- You warrant you have no other Roobet account, active or banned, and linked accounts must be reported. Using another identity at registration is a terms breach.
- Identity verification (KYC)
- Roobet runs tiered verification. Level 2 requires a passport, driving licence or government ID belonging to the account holder.
- Two-factor authentication
- App-based 2FA (Authy, Google Authenticator) is supported, and Roobet requires it before you can use site chat.
- Passkeys
- No Roobet help article mentions passkey sign-in, so we make no claim either way.
- Account recovery
- Password resets run through the registered email; anything further goes through Roobet support with identity checks.
